How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard order processing time is 3-5 business days. Standard shipping time can be up to 5 business days after the order leaves our facility. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days including processing and shipping time. You will receive a notification email or text once your order ships. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any delays our USPS partners are currently experiencing regionally or nationwide.
What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number for all orders once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email or text will be sent, once your order has left our facility. We are not responsible if USPS does not update tracking information on their end. We do not hold packages in our facility once a tracking number has been generated.
Do you ship internationally?

No, not at the moment but we look forward to expanding in 2024.
I ordered a pre-sale item with my order, when will it ship?

Pre-sale items ship on or before their designated ship date. Delays or exceptions will be sent via email or text notification.
